Overview

These Terms of Service govern the professional voiceover narration services provided by Aphiel Fernandez Voiceover ("we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Aphiel Fernandez Voiceover provides professional voiceover narration as a digital service. All deliverables consist of digital audio files. No physical goods are produced, sold, or shipped under any circumstances.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before recording begins. Services are not initiated until scope, deliverables, and payment terms have been confirmed in writing between both parties. Specific rates, schedules, and methods of payment are established per project or retainer agreement.

Delivery

Completed narration is delivered as digital audio files (WAV and/or MP3) via an agreed transfer method. Delivery timelines are defined within each individual project or retainer agreement and are subject to receipt of complete scripts or briefs by the agreed deadline.

Revisions

Minor revisions are accommodated within the scope agreed upon at the start of each project or retainer period. The definition of "minor revisions" and the number of revision rounds included are specified in the project agreement. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional terms.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued after final audio files have been delivered to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to delivery. If a project is cancelled before delivery, any applicable refund will be determined based on the work completed at the time of cancellation, as agreed between both parties.

No Physical Goods

All services provided are entirely digital in nature. Aphiel Fernandez Voiceover does not produce, ship, or handle any physical products. This is a digital services business only.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered audio content for the purposes agreed upon in the project agreement. Specific usage rights (e.g., exclusivity, platforms, duration) are defined per agreement. Aphiel Fernandez Voiceover retains the right to use delivered work as portfolio samples unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Aphiel Fernandez Voiceover's total liability for any claim arising from or related to a specific project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered audio content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued engagement of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
